I print six 1 inch squares with a thickness of 0.011 inches (one layer thickness). I changed the Z offset an incremental amount while the squares are being printed. I removed the squares from the build plate and document the Z value. First I inspect the squares to see how opaque they are and then I decrease the increment amount to get the best surface. That's the method I came up with but there's people that have been doing this a lot longer than I have so any opinions out there.

I have printed two and a half spools of TPU without any problem. It is now jammed three times. I have increased the nozzle temperature from 210 to 230. I'm going to slow down the printing speed from standard to the slower speed. I keep all my spools in tupperware containers with desiccant but it's been a while since I've checked the level of humidity so that may be a factor. Does anyone have thoughts!
