First Tea Mead - any tips?

I'm looking at using this tea product (https://www.tesco.com/shop/en-GB/products/317555342) in my next batch of mead. I've seen a lot of people making amazing looks hibiscus meads, so was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to go about this?

I'll be using blossom honey and would be aiming for 1 gallon.
