I have two questions:
Is it normal for the connector pin shapes on the motherboard and PSU to differ? My PSU’s CPU connector has two pins that are circular, while the corresponding pins on the motherboard are square. It connects properly with no bent or broken pins and the system runs— is this safe? (Check the last pictures)
I can’t figure out how to properly connect my case fans. They are connected to a small white hub that they came attached to. There is a cable labeled RESET that was connected to the hub as well, a power cable, and another cable that splits into two—I don’t know where these should go. I unplugged the RESET cable from the hub and plugged it into the motherboard; was that correct? Where does the weird looking cable go ? (Check the pictures)
