I've submitted 2 requests on Sharjah court system on April 24 in regards of unpaid salary from my employer of 22,000 AED. One request for calculation of court fees and documents, and the other one to place executive formula on other bonds (طلب وضع الصيغة التنفيذية على السندات الأخرى). The executive formula on other bonds already got approved on April 27th but the calculation of court fees is still showing as pending with counter request approver. Now my questions are, since its already been 12 days since I've submitted the requests, could it be possible to get it approved faster if I go to the sharjah court and ask them to. Once both these requests are approved and the firm does open an executive case for me, how long could it take for me to actually receive the payout.
