Soooo, The Arbiters are emanators .
The glorious emanator name drop has happened in this main story ,but to dissolve the denial I'll put every argument there is alongside all the necessary images .
Btw guys please ignore [image x] because i made this collection but during posting,app literally messed up the order.
First argument
"Yaoguang is compared to pearl she's clearly on fraudwatch" incorrect
Asat clearly takes a pause [image 1] to call her a "warlord" while he openly calls pearl "tenth of a pebble" , this is an old mention from 2.3 MSQ where the stonehearts are stated to be tenth of diamond. [Image 3] Merely listing them isn't a basis of comparison.
- "jingyuan's mention in the dreamscape doesn't count since its not real"
The blackswan in the dreamscape is very real, its disingenuous to not consider it ; removing the line that blackswan said about emanators and replacing it with a standard "when 2 formidable forces collide" or something like that changes nothing for the story,it exists for the sake of confirmation, being a dream doesn't have anything in correlation because you can look from 2 perspectives ,either its a dream specific to trailblazer or its conjured purely by sunday, either way this means one of them thought jy and sunday are emanators .
- "but in cn its stated "powers of emanators" for blackswan statement.
that just put the debate between spiritus and the general.
I'll make a comparison ,silver wolf 999 is not an emanator lvl without the cartridge but she's the one explicitly stated to be emanator. [Img 4]
Does this have people saying "the cartridge is an emanator"? No , alongside the fact that the generals ceremony exists,directly overseen by lan should already put the emphasis on generals and not the spiritus .
The chinese translation of emanator special article specifically highlights the generals in green the same way it highlights the ravagers in blue . Infact it highlights all emanator sections. [Images 6-7]

Incorrect, stonehearts have a portion of diamond's power,generals receive power from lan. Its like comparing a tenth of a pond vs a portion of the pacific ocean.
- [Majority context in Image 5 ] The ingame lore sections + emanator special contain xianzhou as a faction meaning there's atleast emanators present in it .
Now why it isn't just hua is because in every arbiter general statement, it always
has generals and hua in the same sentence ,and in the context of broader cosmos or lan ,martial is always included within generals with no exclusive mentions . (You can see it in any images where arbiter generals will be mentioned)
Meaning arguing her as the only emanator is headcanon bogus, either all of them are or none of them are .
- "Arbiter generals are weak ,because:
A) compared to pearl .
B) jingyuan didn't do well against phantylia"
Incorrect,
A) not only it was just a listing and not a comparison ,if you really want to get into comparisons ,welt directly compares them to lord ravagers and calls them "in no way inferior" [Image 8]
This statement also directly called them emanators in the beta [Image 9] but was omitted to be dropped later into the story such as this MSQ .

As per jingyuan ,the crew handled the flowers. (Can verify in the video)
The crew besides dan heng
were a non factor because of the fact all their damage dealt was rendered meaningless in the fight ,phantylia regened those flowers in third phase ,so jingyuan had to get a 1 time exclusive special ultimate (only very storywise important times is this ever given) to destroy all the flowers . (8:06 in the vid)
The crew was so incompetent they were basically unable to beat the ebon deer when it had its roots up,something with a narratively far weaker regen than the ambrosial arbor and far less durability than phantylia's body.
Speaking of phantylia's body
This statement of her using a mere disposable body is used to demean jy when thats nonsense because .
PHANTYLIA IS A HELIOBI ,you know? The creatures who take over bodies , a non corporeal form and a stolen body are meaningless
because this body in recent msq is stated to be "indestructible and immortal" [image 10]
Jingyuan is also the one weakening the arbor behind phantylia (see 10:30 in the vid)
Her appendages break thanks to jy and without dan heng doing anything .
Getting caught was part of the plan .
Dan just broke the link and he hit both jy and phantylia equally (the mental link's working we know thanks to simulated universe where the damage distribution blessing has always been under destruction category and simulated universe has always been consistent on it) [Image 11]
Jingyuan also actively mocks phantylia back "So much effort to crush us yet met with so little success,are we still ants to you phantylia"
As soon as the link is broken,very evidently she gets destroyed by LL immediately.

Jingyuan's predecessor another general ,Teng xiao has been stated to have killed shuhu multiple times but he always came back cuz immortality [IMAGE 12 ] ,clearly not combatively beating teng xiao whos already holding a narrative to be weaker and less competent than jy (seriously dude ,check huaiyan's dialogues he glazes jy to no end,credits destruction of living planet ketu mirage to him,proves his credibility in front of hua inspite of the quintet breaking ,destroying the borisin) . Jy is also the longest serving as per feixiao, defeated the borisin in the war (arbiter trailer has him leading the forces, his ll making an attacking motion) ,he's also never lost a major ship in a war iirc but teng xiao has.
Not killing also doesn't mean he didn't beat shuhu , jingyuan's ll didn't kill jingliu ,she still lost the fight, acheron's slash didn't kill aventurine who IS tenth of a pebble too and was further weakened by his broken cornerstone and his entire plan was to die & he didn't.
D) Welt's statement again.
Alongside the fact the ideal scenario sunday(or the express crew) who have seen acheron's slash and its capability, think jingyuan as the most ideal aid to defeat sunday anyway in the dream.
E) feixiao vows to kill a ravager [Image 13]
For the people who were doing mental gymnastics to compare to pearl ,where are they to compare all the lord ravager comparisons and parallels like this?
- Jingyuan says that only an emanator of ANOTHER aeon would be able to sneak on luofu without him knowing, he didn't say "an emanator" , he specified for another aeon. [Image 14]
9)" Emanators need to draw power from the path ,powers from aeon aren't enough."
Incorrect ,the worm aha gave power to doesn't independently draw power from elation now does it?.
This is baseless ,the internal lore claims emanators draw upon it with aeon permit.[image15]
The cartridge sw uses isn't her drawing the path's power either. Screwlumm states it to be "The aeon of elation's power" and not the power of elation. And even then its an external booster and not her drawing on it on her own.

The levels of power have to be considered.
Nous gave fu xuan the third eye but she isn't still beating yaoguang in anything.
Levels have to be accounted for.
The blessings of lan made the generals in the same ballpark as the ravagers who ARE emanators.
It would make no sense for the hunt to have multiple emanator level people who just aren't emanators .
The ceremony is also overseen by lan directly and Lan's entire narrative is that he's the most generous with blessings cuz his path is narrower while nous has an entire society of geniuses .

Just because her approach of destruction is different, one can't headcanon she's weak.
Plus she's amped and immortal here so thats out of the window.
Now after all this if someone still denies it then its an issue with their media literacy i am so sorry.
The generals could be written in a line with a tag "emanator" and people would still deny due to confirmation bias.
