I'm about to graduate and have been applying aggressively to Product Design roles, over 400 applications, and I've only landed a single interview with nothing else to show for it. No callbacks, no recruiter screens, nothing.

I have 3 years of experience and thought that would set me apart, but clearly something is seriously off.

Please be as brutally honest as you can. Tear it apart if you need to. I'd rather hear the hard truth now than keep sending applications into the void.
