when can you make a new account after getting your old one suspended?

I got an email this morning that my art account has been suspended for inauthentic behaviors when I literally do my art handmade. I also just support and follow other artists by reposting. It looks like Twitter has been mass banning people again for being "ai" when all their equipment uses ai. I already made an appeal and have to wait 48 hours. I can't even email them or anything 😔
