Residency requirement during Stamp 4 waiting period?
I(US Citizen) intend to reside with my Irish citizen spouse and will apply for Stamp 4 upon arrival. Would returning to the US after applying cause any problems? I'd be continuing to work in the US to provide for my spouse until I receive Stamp 4.
