I changed the oil in my 08 Z06 today & found these little rods on my oil drain plug. Does anybody have an idea what they could be from?

Late last year I swapped the cam because I had a bad lifter that chewed it up. Have changed the oil once since then & am hoping it’s something left over from that but I’m a bit skeptical. Any input would be appreciated!
