I know you can do it for Clone Hero, but is there any way to have custom tracks for any of the Guitar Hero or Rock Band titles on PS3 using package files?

Im playing on a PS3 system using a PS3 rock band controller, but everytime I play i would have the wrong inputs (Green would input as Orange, and Orange would input as Red. None of the Other Buttons wouldn't input) but when I play other GH games on my system they input perfectly. Would anyone know a fix to this?
