I have been through a few travel contracts so far and have been going through a third party company with a recruiter to help me get my contracts. Though two clinics I worked at, their company offers in house travel work. Full time with the company, PTO, other benefits, etc.

I want to know of others experiences if they have gone down that route of working for just the one company and doing internal travel work vs going through the third party.

Is there much a difference in how to go about finding contracts, flexibility of work with being able to pick your contract location and duration, etc.?
