Is the 1.9 laks payable per year is it the total fees of mtech category 1? Also was the hostel and mess fees?

Im a pixel 8a user and I love using pixel but I just want one thing from iphone, the lockscreen depth effect where the clock goes behind the subject. It's soooo good.

Why can't it be returned?
I ordered this dubstep magsafe powerbank, everything is fine with it except the magnet is very weak.
After i versed with support, and sending a video, they said it cannot be returned because my pixel 8a does not support it. I told them that I have a spigen magsafe cover on my phone, still it does not support. Whereas other brands like ambrane or urbn easily holds my phone where they are 300-400 rupees costlier.
Should have bought that only, what a mistake, and what **** policy is this?
