Hey guys, curious If my motherboard is dead on arrival or if I bricked my ram somehow. I ordered this motherboard after bending the pins on my previous board, and I'm not having any success getting a display

I'm using a 7600x3d,

a 64gb kit of Corsair Vengeance CMK64GX5M2B5600C36 Ram

A Sama G850 80+ Gold PSU

I've already tried:

Re-Socketing the CPU and Ram, using different ram slots, Waiting 30 minutes in between in case it's memory learning,

and bios flashing to the newest update.

Any ideas on troubleshooting or do I just return the motherboard?
