HMO research
I’m looking to speak to 5 people who currently live in HMOs (not student accommodation like St. Davids) especially around Swansea City Centre for personal research purposes. 3 students and 2 non-students.
It would be a 30-minutes (maximum) zoom call that covers questions around your costs, conditions of living and choices, but will feel like a chat, just to get your perspective.
The results or your information is not going to be shared with anyone for any reason, it is for me personally. You will not need to share much of your personal identifiable information at all, just your email to invite you to the meeting and a proof that you stay in a hmo that you show during the call.
There is a little £10 gift card to appreciate you for your time (which would be sent to your email afterwards) and you will never be contacted after the call for any follow-up. The call will not be recorded, but notes would be taken from the call, Your details also will not be stored, only your responses.
