i recently found this beautiful Chinese Canton enamel porcelain plate, likely from the Qing period.The colors feel very vibrant but still delicate up close.

there are some age-related marks and wear but I think they add to the character of the piece. I’m especially drawn to how decorative and detailed export porcelain pieces can be.

would love to hear any thoughts from people who know more about Canton enamel / Chinese export porcelain.

The seller told me this was used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for pulse measuring. Does anyone know more about it...
