2021 xDrive40i with 71K miles, paid $30K for it.

Car had two previous owners, 23 total service records with all work done at the same BMW dealer here in LA. Oil changes about every 7,500-10K miles, A/C evaporator replaced at 52K miles in August 2024, water pump & gasket replaced at 62K miles in June 2025.

My neighbor has been driving BMW's for +20 years and reco'd his local mechanic to me. Stopped by this morning, shared the Carfax and he said the fact the A/C and water pump had been taken care of is huge. Said the HPFP is something I should have on my radar, dropping it back off on Friday just to have him do a once over.

Anyway, wanted to share and get y'alls thoughts on what I'm in for. I drive 8-10K miles a year and am hoping to get at least three years out of this beauty.

*EDIT* want to clarify my "at least three years" comment. By that I meant before I have to put major dollars into repairs outside of normal/expected maintenance.
