I have a signed hat that my old man just recently gave to me. Just curious whos signiature this is. The closest I could find is Arto Vartanian #94 from 1999. The other signiature is Mosca but I am having trouble finding whos this is. The "i" at the end of the first name is throwing me off. Did Arto go by Arti? Looks like he only played 3 games that year and never played again in the CFL.
