Is .NET a good “peace of mind” backend stack for a solo SaaS founder?
I’m choosing a backend stack for a long-term niche SaaS / ERP project and I keep coming back to ASP.NET Core.
I care less about hype and more about:
- stability
- maintainability
- typed/compiled language
- performance
- mature ecosystem
- staying productive for years without constant ecosystem churn
I’m honestly tired of the JavaScript ecosystem constantly reinventing itself every few months.
People who use .NET seriously:
Does it actually give you that “just build the product and move on with your life” feeling long term?
