Helloo badly needed help. This is our modem under globe and as you can see naka detached ang modem (green part) sa parang wire (optic fiber sabi ni google). Now I wanna try to attempt connecting them kasi wala talagang kwenta ang CS ng globe. Paid 500 for a tech visit pero ni anino walang nagpakita. 1 week nang walang internet and wala akong magawang trabaho 😢

Sa mga may alam, can you help me? Salamat talaga huhu

How to File a Complaint against Globe to NTC

For context:

April 25 - Decided to apply for installation of Gfiber. Paid (999) rightaway.

Technicians/Installers visited same day and informed me that my application is not viable because there were no slots available in their box. They recommended continuing the account (previous house owner) and just load through GlobeOne App. Paid (750) plus Tip (500). The tip is kinda forced because the agent told me to just give it. Since I was happy about it na may internet na, so I gave them tip.

Total spent = 999 (to be refunded) + 750 + 500

Total = 2249

April 28 (3 days after) - I went home with no internet connection. I reached out to their messenger, called the agent, called the technician, all of them advised me to request for repair ticket through GlobeOne Paid (500) which I confirmed April 29 (dawn) for a scheduled booking on May 1 (Afternoon).

May 1 - There were no signs of technician. All of a sudden when I checked the repair ticket, it was rescheduled to May 2 (Afternoon). I have not rescheduled it and I don’t know why they have rescheduled it.

May 2 - Today was supposed to be the rescheduled date but apparently, no tech has visited. Contacted their fb page but still on that queue for globe agent reply (kausap ko lang bot)

Now this is my last thread. I am supper annoyed and frustrated with their service. To Globe: what an awful service provider you are. You wasted my money, energy, time, and resources for this. It was a mistake to trust you with this. I WILL NEVER AVAIL ANY GLOBE FIBER PRODUCTS FROM YOU AGAIN.

Now, as I am posting this, I am crowdsourcing for guide on how to file a complaint to NTC for the problem they have caused:

  1. days no internet connection

Everything is well documented and I will definitely spend my time to file a complaint to NTC against globe kahit na busy ako.

Companies like them should not treat ordinary users like me (us) like trash at di papansinin.

EDIT: kaadtoon na kay ko sa physical store nila sa Globe sa akong kaulit nila. Pero nag ulan pa man. Any advise?
