I’m m25 and thinking about painting my nails. I read online that it can help people avoid nail biting/ picking and as nothing else has worked so far I figure it’s worth a try. What colours should I try to be as inconspicuous as possible to other people but also enough colour that I would be able to notice colourless patches. I don’t really want people around me to notice as it just leads to questions and probably jokes at my expense that I’d rather avoid.
