How bad would it be for me to just field all Warriors in a Felgor team?

I'm in the process of converting a team of them from a pile of old beastmen plastics from 2005 I have lying around and looking through the rules it seems like every option is just a warrior with a tiny variation which over 10 models is a lot of mental overhead keeping track of everything. Which options do you consider to be essential, and which ones are just a warrior with a rule that never comes up tacked on?
