I’ve been talking to a lot of local service providers in the DMV (handymen, cleaners, painters, etc.), and a common issue keeps coming up.

People are spending a lot of money on apps that charge for leads, but many of those leads never turn into real customers. So they end up paying either way, even when nothing comes from it.

It made me wonder… there has to be a better way for local providers to connect with real customers without wasting money on every single lead.

Curious if others here have experienced the same thing?
