I understand the desire to reduce hassle and keep thinks clean . But wouldn't it be simple to just transfer the contents of Ben's bag to a Freezer size gallon Zipper bag? You can add casing on top, you could cut out a gas transfer hole by folding it in the middle and cutting a small square, you could see everything that's going on through the whole bag. If you get the bags that sit upright you could just open the zipper when it's time to let the shrooms fruit. I am very new to all this so hopefully I have not created a bad post. Also I tried 2 Back to the Roots oyster boxes and both failed. on both sides of the bag. One rotted, on both sides, the other just went dry. I followed the directions to the letter. My environment is dry in the So Cal Mountains at 6800 FASL.
