I added stereo sound (per channel separation options) to the NES core

Hi everyone
I've put together a version of the latest NES core that has stereo panning options for each audio channel. it's found in the audio and video menu. I liked the feature on the Analogue NT so here it is now on MiSTer too.
Works great for some games, nice to have a bit more customisation too. If you have even just a small amount of separation it works great to open up the soundstage
This is just for customisation, some more options to have.
