Hi everyone,

For about a week now, my G6 Entry camera has stopped generating any recorded events, and I no longer receive any notifications or doorbell chime when someone rings at the door.

Continuous recording still works fine (I have full access to the timeline), but no smart events are being detected at all.

Current settings :

• Recording mode: Continuous
• AI Event creation: enabled
• Active video detections: Animal, Face, License Plate, Package, Person, Vehicle
• Active audio detections: Baby Crying, Barking, Car Alarm, Car Horn + 5 others
• Seconds added before/after smart detection: 2s / 2s
• Resolution: 2K – FPS: Auto – Compression: Auto – Encoding: Standard
• Camera is properly linked to the doorbell chime

I've already tried multiple reboots and a full factory reset, but the issue persists in both cases.

Additional info:

• Network connection: excellent
• Camera firmware: 5.3.84
• UniFi Protect: 7.0.107
• Remaining storage on UDM Pro SE: 20 TB
• All my other cameras are working normally and recording events without any issue

The problem is therefore isolated to this one G6 Entry.

Has anyone experienced this issue and managed to fix it?
