I am a foreigner who has relocated recently to korea , so i am not fluent in korean .

But I want to invest in kospi, so I visited the samsung securities gangnam branch and mirae asset yeongtong branch .

But I was turned away saying that we can't open an account if you don't have a read/write korean fluency.

Anyone who was able to find an English staff in any of these brokerage firms , so i can have my account open?

FYI: i have a korean bank account as well as korean number and I am on a e7 visa.
