After winning a redeemable account I was simply not able to redeem for some reason. I couldn’t get past the redeem screen even tho my SC was there and good for redeem. when contacting support they only gave a generic response to try different browser and clear cache which I did with no success. They ignored me for a week on this issue and I basically gave up on the site and gambled the $108 away after a few glasses of whiskey. As soon as I lost all my money an email came literally two minutes later saying that I no longer have redeemable balance and my case was we closed. Lol, this website is a complete scam and I will never play on here again. Matter fact there is a group brewing a class action against this filth and will keep everyone updated on how to join once its happening.

Just been referred to this site and won a few bucks. However, I am stuck on the redeem page and not able to move past it even tho I passed KYC and have enough redeemable SC available. Support is just generic AI useless crap. CCC is WAY better than this in every regard.
