we have a sunroom that was a deck at some point I gather and it was converted - I suspect in the 90s - and the roof is on giant skylight. the glass seals are failing and it heats up a ton. There are also some small leaks.
Eventually we are thinking of putting a metal roof on it but in the interim, could I cover the exterior with Flex Seal paint to keep out the heat and rain?
