Hi I have a 1990 Ford ranger with the 2.3 engine

I got it non-running as a project truck but haven't been able to get it to start

First thing was I replaced the fuel pump because it was completely dead and not working. I cleaned out the tank and put in fresh gas. I've replaced the fuel filter, injectors, fuel pressure regulator and the ignition control module. It starts briefly for a second sometimes but most of the time it don't start at all. Not sure what else it could be.

there doesn't seem to be enough pressure in the fuel rail but that's where I'm at for now
