I have a sidewalk against my house that is dipping towards the house. During a period of heavy snow melt and rain, we had water come into the basement.

What are my options for fixing this? Anything I can do but completely tear it up and redo it? Can I pour some kind of concrete over top to fix the grade? What about something at the seam of the concrete and house to stop the water from running down the side of the foundation?
