Exposed foundation, moisture coming through to the bedroom flooring?
It rained about a week or so ago, not sure how long the wet spot has been there.
Is there a way to seal the outside? Looks like whatever was used to seal the outside has all been cracked: https://imgur.com/a/OwKfUje
Another question is how do I fill the crack between the flooring and foundation? I don't think I can put a trim there? Do I just try and caulk the gap?
