Counterfeited Black Library books?

I was wondering if there has been any reported instances of counterfeited Black Library books? I know that there are many GW that have been counterfeited. Just kinda wondering. I imagine counterfeiting a book would be pretty hard to do. Nothing these days would surprise me tbh.

Info on this model

I saw this model listed a while back. The listing says it is a Warhammer Realm Of Chaos Champion of Chaos Nurgle. I have never this one before. Any info on it? I thought it was neat to see. Thought about getting it.
