My Golden Dragon has started pushing out monster leaves

I got this low variegation Golden Dragon in June 2023. It had 4 small leaves, only one showing any color. It took over a year to acclimate it to Pon, I kept rotting roots out and struggling with it, with it basically dying back to only a few nodes with no leaves. With a lot of patience and time, I was able to get a single green node to root and grow.

Today it started to harden off on a 14” leaf. It’s 4 feet tall and lives in my living room getting just natural light in Pon. Every leaf has variegation. I fertilize once a month, I try to do more often but life just gets in the way.

No moss pole here, just a bamboo pole for structure with zip ties. Last photo was the day I get it in the mail, June 7 2023.

I’m super proud of this plant, it was a grail and it’s so easy to take care of now. Water pon every 10-14 days. Fertilize once a month. It doesn’t like super wet roots but it also has gotten more acclimated to more water as it matures. One of my least fussy philos, and most of them are already not that fussy.
