Moving wondering, What is the experience of living in the UK as trans?

I am currently in the US, but my partner is a UK citizen, and we have come to the decision to live in England together instead of living in the US. Every time I visit, everyone is super kind, and I have good encounters with strangers and the public, however I know visiting and living somewhere can be very different. My partner is Cis, so he doesn't have experience with things that I have questions about and want to know. My questions to the trans people of the UK are what does healthcare look like, how is it trying to get a job, and what is it like with the daily public in places that aren't tourist areas, because other than South England, where my partner lives, and London, I don't have much interaction with people from all around the UK. I do know some might tell me the UK isn't the best as a trans person, but from the time I spent there, it does seem better than the US. Also, my biggest question thought is mostly what the healthcare is like, because under the current US law, I'm not even able to get it in my state.
