Ezreal's Q does not refund Energized attacks with ReEnergize. Intended or bug?
Wondering, because it has been 3 patches since I noticed this, and sometimes its infuriating, because I do enjoy playing ezreal with statikk shiv, which works well with his poke playstyle. However, do other champions that apply their on hit effects on abilities (such as azir, GP, etc) have the same problem?
