Existence of HAM Repeaters in the state

Hello, so I'm a college student and a newly licensed HAM operator and i was wondering if there are any VHF and/or UHF repeaters in the state? from where i would want to operate from is from my college (Goa College of Engineering), last I heard was a meshtastic node over at siddhanath but can't seem to find any repeater info on that and the mestastic node tht was setup at my college is gone now, any leads on any repeaters in the staate would really be helpful

I recently designed a CP2102N based USB to UART converter dongle using KiCad, I am a college student trying to learn new and better design practices through designs and this is my first 4 layer board on a rather simple project, though it might not be the most appropriate of a 4 layer design but just to not stress about split ground planes i thought this would be more appropriate

Would love to hear some suggestions, corrections, questions if any.
