Just asking if the rosters and ratings are updated up to the finals or does the players and rating reset back to the first day of release once the servers go down? If yes does that mean even if I redownload the game after the servers get shut down I'd get Luke Kennard in the lakers instead of Gabe Vincent from the beginning of the season?

Couch Player who just likes playing PlayNow with my cousins so I don't see any reason to upgrade until 2k30. 2k26 has good rosters, great playlist, my eras which basically makes it a 2k02,2k10,2k16 emulator and basically a huge upgrade cause our last game was 2k24 PC. Hopefully they'll bring 2k20-2k30 classic teams by then lol
