[Fo3] Working on a mod that reimagines Fallout 3, and would like some assistance with brainstorming

Hi, I am currently working on a mod outline where I take everything in Fallout 3, pull it apart, and build something new out of it. Currently, I am having issues with the prologue, and would appreciate suggestions.
