Update: I got a cleaning stone, used vinegar, and reseasoned. She is much better and back in business. Thanks so much everyone for the kind help!

I have the silicone mat in use religiously, I clean and i did everything right. I ended up taking a stone to it being was frustrated, reseasoned ans its the same issues. I used the blackstone conditioner. My husband says its not rust.

Its where the heat is, too. I need help, please.
