I tested 20 free AI tools for studying — here are the only ones actually worth using

Most lists online are trash, so I spent time testing a bunch of AI tools for studying.

These are the ones that actually helped me:

• ChatGPT (best if you use it like a tutor)
• Perplexity (research with sources)
• Quizlet AI (auto flashcards)
• NotebookLM (study from your own notes)
• Wolfram (step-by-step math)

Biggest mistake: people just copy answers instead of learning.
