Moved into this house last October and noticed that it leaked around the wall like this when the tap is left running for a period of time, doesn’t leak while it’s not running. It seems to be a fairly slow leak, and runs close to the surface maybe?

There isn’t any obvious noticeable water damage to the wall/window from the inside.

How do I even deal with something like this? Will someone have to break down the wall and look inside even just for the diagnostics? How cooked am I??? 😭
