food is my biggest problem
hello,
I have no issues with the gym and what to do. My biggest issues is what and how much to eat. i am 5'9 and bounce from 81-83kgs.
I have some love handles and a pop belly i could do with loosing.
What the best way of working out how much i need to eat.
also for the people who have been through a deficit, how do you deal with the hunger?
