Why does my friend's liquid glass look like this?
We tried searching and looking at some settings but found nothing that solved this

Were able to solve it.
In accessibility at the bottom where there is a "Per-App Settings" and inside it there was home screen and app library and inside it reduce transparency was on for some reason!
