Bit of a niche tech, but Bloodbound earring is a greater trinket that plays 2 gems on all your units for every 5 spells you play, and this stacks with both Belinda and Hot Air Surveyor.

WIth a golden Surveyor and normal belinda, every gem from hand I played counted as 6 procs for the earrings. Golden surveyor and golden belinda would be 9 procs per gem.
