Hello, would love to know if anybody has come across a resource / textbook / online platform (will take anything) that teaches topics according to presenting complaint? E.g. abdo pain, so you can then learn about appendicitis, mesenteric adenitis, bowel ischaemia... Neck pain, so you learn about meningitis, MSK, trauma...

I am trying to refine my history taking and wonder whether this approach would be more efficient.
