I'm having trouble reassembling my 078. Has anyone had an issue with this or know how to help me?

The first picture is me rotating until I can't rotate anymore. It then says to turn it rotate it back until the red line, but when I do this, I can't hear the thread sound anymore. I've cleaned it and reassembled it many times before, but haven't run into this problem.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
