So you might have medal sticker shops nearby even sports shops provide the same service to print silver and gold stickers

What you can do is create A4 pdf in inkscape with your favourite logo in 18mm by 18mm rounded rectangles and give it to them to create "medal" stickers using that design. Obvious limitation is you need to make grayscale sticker for best look.
