What was even the point of this? As soon as I got the max limit as F2P, TOTS started in a few days and now 116 doesn't even make sense.

What do I do with the tokens? Can I exchange them for Star shards?? Or only Phase 2 tokens?

I have 1210. What would be the best way to get maximum return on these cards?

Spain and argentina are part of "nations story 3" so saving these shards is useless. Even the new nations story has a 117 as max ovr...
