Ok so b4 anything else I do have stable internet (200+ down and up) and my specs are

9070xt
R7 5700x
32GB DDR4

So when I screen share it almost looks like screen tearing and it jumps back like its trying to catch up almost, when I put the quality down to the lowest it can go it works but obv not optimal. Ive checked my internet, drivers, all the discord settings and this also wasnt doing this b4.
