My brother bought me and him both VIP packages to the Pittsburgh show. When we went to the VIP check-in area they said they were out of everything but would restock later.
But we just went back and the new people there were quite a bit more rude to us. They said not only were they not going to restock, but that even if they did, we wouldn't be getting anything.
So is there someone we can reach out to so we can get the merch package that was supposed to come with it? He's a little miffed that he paid $400 each for these, and don't have anything to show for it because we missed the meet and greet due to traffic.
